Capt. Ernie's
With shorter days and fall rain our maples are turning
color. We will be visiting Blue Creek and a few
tributaries of the St. Johns River to enjoy color rarely
seen in Florida. Along with the color the migratory
birds are coming to the area for the winter and the
alligators and turtles are spending more time out of
the water to gain the warmth of the sun.
We are offering two tours this fall you
won't want to miss.
- Blue Creek and the St. Johns
River or Alexander Run and the
St. Johns River 2 hours $25 per
person
- St. Johns River to Lake Woodruff
National Wildlife refuge. 3 hours
$35 per person
An abundance of wildlife to view
In the fall we will be seeing a lot of
the larger alligators sunning on logs
along with this year and last years
hatchlings with there mothers.
The returning migratory birds are
showing up for our temperate
climate.
